It's not possible. Our gift cards can be used for an online purchase, on-site at our head office, or during mobile events (trade show, pop-up shop, etc)

Warranty, Shipping, Exchanges, Returns and Terms

Since the delivery time is fast, if you wish to cancel or modify an order, you must write to us as soon as possible to let us know your decision.

You can simply "reply" to the email that you will receive as confirmation of purchase and invoice.

If the order has already been processed and you have received your email confirming shipment, you will need to follow the steps described in the section exchange and return.

Returns and exchanges You have 14 days from the date of shipment to request a return or exchange of an item at regular price or purchased at 20% off or less. Garments must be in their original condition (unused/unwashed). Labels must be on the product. In this case, Moov Activewear will assume the cost of return shipping and reshipment. --- All items ON SALE or purchased at over 20% off are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. From the beginning of the adventure, it was clear that the guidelines of the company, from weaving to the final product, had to respond to this concern for an entirely local product and local trade.

We are proud to tell you that all the manufacturing steps behind each garment designed by Moov Activewear are located in a much smaller radius than that qualifying as being in the restricted area of the premises which is, for its part, around 600 km.

In addition to producing our clothes in Quebec, we have chosen to have our fabric, BIO-MOOVFLEX™, woven right here. The proximity of stakeholders allows us to ensure better quality control, to offer more efficient and accessible customer service and to have shorter production times.
