Gift Cards and Promo Codes

Certainly, gift cards are sent by email and contain instructions on how to use them at the time of placing your order. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. You can purchase one here

No, you can’t. Our gift cards can only be used online, on site at our head office, or during mobile events (trade shows, pop-up shops, etc.).
To use your promotional code, you must first select the desired item(s) and put them in your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, you will be asked to "proceed to checkout". A new page will then open to ask you for the required shipping coordinates and credit information. Then, below, in the "order summary" section, it will be possible to enter your promo code by clicking on "add a discount or gift card code".

Warranty, Shipping, Exchanges, Returns, and Terms and Conditions

Since delivery time is short, if you wish to cancel or modify an order, you must email us as soon as possible to let us know. You can simply "reply" to the email you receive containing your purchase confirmation and invoice. If the order has already been processed and you have received your shipping confirmation email, you will have to follow the steps described in the  shipping and returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return or exchange. Clothing must: - Be in its original packaging with tags - Be in its original condition (not used/not washed) All items identified as '' FINAL SALE '' are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All custom-made items and collaborations are final sale, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. The Moov Activewear team will do its utmost to ship your order as quickly as possible. Our packages are shipped by Canada Post within 48 hours following your order. When you finalize your online purchase, be sure to choose the shipping option that suits you best. Shipping is free on all purchases of $50 and more. The confirmation of your purchase is automatically sent to you when you proceed with the purchase. You will receive a purchase confirmation with your order number in your email Inbox. If you do not receive this email within a short period of time, write to us at info@moovactivewear.com or call us, Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., at (514) 882-5902 so that we can validate with you the email address related to your purchase.
If you wish, you can select the "pick up at Studio Moov" option instead of choosing the mailing option when finalizing your order. Studio Moov is located at 4575 De la Grande-Allée Blvd. in Boisbriand, QC. You will receive an email when your package is ready to be picked up. However, we suggest that you call us before traveling. Hours of operation are usually as follows but may vary: Monday to Thursday: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday: 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
You will be able to make your purchase online using the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay and Apple Pay. Payments are 100% secure. For purchases made directly at Studio Moov, the accepted payment methods are the same. (no cash or debit)
Since quality is our priority, all stitching is guaranteed on your Moov Activewear products. If one of your purchases requires a repair, you must first email us at: info@moovactivewear.com, describe the repair required, and attach a photo of the garment and its defect. We will answer you within 48 working hours to let you know what to do if the problem is on the guarantee.
On your very first purchase of Moov Activewear shorts, capris, or leggings, you can try them out for 2 weeks and return them to us if you're not completely satisfied. Available Sizes, Sizes and Products

You can refer to our size chart. . If you are between 2 sizes, we suggest you take the smaller one because our ultra-extensible fabric stretches up to 5 times and returns to its original size, so you will feel the benefits of its sheathing effect more easily.
When you are on a product page on the Moov Activewear website and you select the desired size, the available quantity is always written below the price. Items from seasonal collections are only rarely refilled. However, if you wish to buy the classic "Everywhere" (mid-thigh shorts, long shorts, capris, 7/8, or long), keep an eye out as stocks are renewed from time to time. You can also check out the ''recently replenished'' section.

This measurement refers to the inseam. Our leggings are offered in two different length, thus you can chose the length that's the most suitable for your size.

Yes, it's normal! Our exclusives MOOVFLEX™ and BIO-MOOVFLEX™ fabric stretches up to 5 times before it returns to its original shape, which is what gives our leggings their unique sheathing effect and unparalleled comfort! Try them on like a pair of pantyhose, and once they’re in place you won't be disappointed.

General

From the very beginning of the adventure, it was clear that the company's guidelines, from the weave to the final product, had to respond to the concern for an entirely local product and local trade. We are proud to be able to tell you that all the manufacturing steps behind each garment designed by MOOV Activewear are located in a much smaller radius than what qualifies as local, which is around 600 km. In addition to producing our garments in Quebec, we made the choice to have our MOOVFLEX™ fabric woven right here. The proximity of the intervening parties allows us to ensure better quality control, to offer more efficient and accessible customer service, and to have shorter production delays.
Absolutely! Moov Activewear's anti-bacterial gusset must be specifically designed this way to remain invisible and comfortable. Don't worry, you won't feel it.
