"Product in stock" items are sent by regular mail (Canada Post) within 48hrs of your order. You should then receive your goods within 2 to 5 business days.
If you want to take advantage of an expedited delivery, you can select the option of your choice. Please note that this option may incur additional charges.
We are not responsible for any delayed deliveries for reasons unrelated to our work. In case of delay in delivery, we will attempt to notify you. You will receive an email notification when your order leaves our premises.
Free shipping on purchases of $50 or more; variable delivery fees on purchases of $49 or less (for the province of Quebec and the rest of Canada). Delivery charges will be added to the price of your purchases before the final confirmation.
Delivery to a third party
You can have a purchase delivered directly to another person at no additional cost.
When you make the payment, simply enter your own address (to which we will send you the paper invoice for your purchases) in "billing address" and in "delivery address" the address of the customer to whom you wish the items to be delivered. Return / exchange
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return or exchange.
The clothing must:
- Be in their original packaging with the labels
- Be in their original state (not used/washed)
All items identified as 'FINAL SALE' are non-refundable or exchangeable.
All items made to measure and collaborations are for final sale, non-refundable, or exchangeable.
Items purchased during the Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day sales are final, non-refunable or exchangeable sales.
Special condition on COMBOS AND DUOS
When a refund is made on a single item of a COMBO or sold in DUO, the item you keep will be charged at the regular price (that is, the price displayed when it is purchased alone without the discount associated with the combo) and the balance will be refunded to you.
Procedure to make a return or exchange by mail (if the purchase was made via the web)
**Caution, no return will be allowed if these steps are not followed**
1- Locate the 'Merchandise return' button at the bottom of your purchase confirmation email. Follow the steps.
2- We will contact you by email to provide you with a return label.You will need to deposit the product in a box or envelope (you can use the same envelope in which you originally received your order).You must print and affix the label.You will have 7 days to drop the package off at the Canada Post office nearest you.
3- Please allow 2, 3 business days for receipt and inspection of the product after which, the purchase price of the item will be refunded to you by the same method of payment as used at the time of purchase, excluding the initial delivery costs.
We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and to change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including prices and availability of items. All prices displayed are in Canadian dollars. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items per transaction. We also reserve the right to cancel orders in whole or in part at our discretion. If this happens, you will be contacted and notified of the situation.

You do not need to hold a Shopify account to make a payment on the site, credit cards are accepted, and the site is secured accordingly. Cancellation of an order
You can cancel an order at any time before it is ready for shipping. To do this, please contact us promptly to notify us of the cancellation of your order.
